Queensgate Court Body Corporate is looking for a reliable and hands-on Building Caretaker to join their team in Parktown, Johannesburg. This is a 24-month fixed-term contract requiring after-hours and weekend availability for emergencies.
The successful candidate will oversee daily building operations, supervise cleaning staff, handle minor maintenance and repairs, liaise with contractors, and report directly to the Trustees. Knowledge of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA) is essential.
