On Saturday, 23 November 2024, NSBE Western Cape, in collaboration with the Worcester Institute of Technology (WIT), hosted the Regional First Lego League (FLL) Robotics Competition at Zwelethemba Secondary School in Worcester, Western Cape.

This event marked a historic moment as the first provincial robotics competition to be held in a township community of Worcester. It represented a significant leap forward in promoting STEM education and creating opportunities for learners from marginalized communities to explore the exciting worlds of robotics, engineering, and innovation.
