Engineering Skills Development Program

Through partnerships with industry leaders, NSBE-SA offers practical skills workshops and training programs for early-career engineers. These sessions focus on essential technical competencies, project management, and industry-standard software skills. Participants gain hands-on experience, which helps bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world engineering demands, preparing them for both the corporate sector and entrepreneurial ventures.

Mentorship and Professional Growth Support

The NSBE Career Academy facilitates a Mentorship Network, connecting seasoned black engineers with students and junior professionals.
